(More customer reviews)This is a handy knife considering the price, although it is not the sharpest fillet knife I have used. It is good for occasional filleting of large salmon that we get from Costco. It is long enough to get the job done. In addition, it is also great for slicing large watermelons.
I think that the word "France" is misleading. It is a Chinese brand and Chinese made. The quality is fine and the value is good.
