(More customer reviews)We purchased a Henckels Four-Star set about ten (10) years ago and use it daily.Out of the set of six or seven knives, this utility knife is our most frequently used.It is extremely useful in food preparation, holds anedge longer than the other non-serrated knives, and isn't affected bydish-washer abuse.
This is a great product that will last you many years. One caveat:NEVER allow your MOTHER-IN-LAW to borrow it and use it as ascrewdriver.It will be ruined - hence my purchase of a second one ofthese knives.
