(More customer reviews)This knife is a perfect little paring knife.It works well for larger veggies like beefsteak tomatoes and such.It also cuts cheese well in a pinch because of the hollow ground divots.I have generally given up on using my standard 3inch paring knife at this point and I use this knife exclusively for small jobs.
