(More customer reviews)Got this kit as a replacement for an old set of knives that we had. I had recently bought the Santoku knife from Henckels and quickly realized that one knife wasn't enough when my husband and I were cooking together.
The large Chef's knife is the one that I use most along with the Santoku knife.The paring one comes in handy as well although I haven't had a chance to use the other knife or sharpening steel.
I am very happy with the knives and the quality.I'm not a knife guru so all the stuff about balance, etc. is not something that I know much about.All I know is the the knives are sharp, comfy to the feel, grip well and make me happy!
I would definitely buy these knives again if I had to....great bridal gift too!
As usual, the items arrived quickly!Great price for the set!
