(More customer reviews)I use one of these at Culinary School on a regular basis to sharpen all of my knives and works quite well if you know what you are doing. I am sure it comes with instructions but we were simply shown how to use it by a Chef Instructor. Ours gets a lot of use and seems to hold up quite well. I am sure it would be as good for tool sharpening in a shop of tool shed. I plan on buying one for my house ASAP.
